Shipping costs:
We charge all shipping costs to you.

Import duties:
Keep in mind that your local customs will sometimes charge you for import duties. These costs are not included in our offers and remains your responsibility. Unexpected import duties are no reason for refund.

Translations:
For some of our building kits, we have an English translation available. The German translation is included in the package, the Dutch one is available on this site as download. Depending on the building kit level of difficulty and your skills you will usually be able to finish the kit without a translation at all.

Payment:
For all shipments abroad , Ipacity needs to have received the total amount on his bank account before shipping it to you. (We accept paypall also)

Invoice:
Original invoice is included in the package. For companies in EU we can invoice you without tax. Therefore we need your VAT-number and a way to make a verification on your VAT-number.

Return:
You can't return the package.

Guarantee:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide 1 month guarantee.
